Young talent shines at hockingstuart awards

Held at Mural Hall in Melbourne, the ceremony awarded employees and offices on their achievements in sales growth, market share and customer service over the past financial year. 

Taking out the coveted Franchise of the Year award was hockingstuart Armadale. The office’s vendor NPS of 62, a strong market share, increase in sales value, and outstanding customer service and staff engagement earned them the prestigious title.

The office also received the Most Improved Market Share award, reflective of the team’s burgeoning talent, with young-guns Jack Richardson (reigning REIV Novice Auctioneer champion), Walter Summons and James Annett recently becoming partners at the office.

Samantha McCarthy, Senior Sales Consultant at hockingstuart Werribee, was named Sales Agent of the Year for her exceptional customer service and achieving an annual sales value growth of 141%. The dedicated agent also won the Elite Sales Club Best Percentage Growth award.

hockingstuart Melton Senior Sales Consultant Joe Mavrikos won two accolades – Sales Agent of the Year for both value and number of sales, while up-and-comer William O’Brien of hockingstuart Sandringham was crowned Novice Auctioneer of the Year.

Property Management teams across the state were also honoured. hockingstuart South Yarra earned Property Management Office of the year and Lachlain Ramsay fromhockingstuart Ballarat won Customer Experience Property Manager of the Year. Jaclyn Pasquini from hockingstuart Melbourne took out the title of Property Management Department Manager of the Year.

hockingstuart CEO Simon Jovanovic said he was extremely impressed by the high calibre of talent within the agency, especially from up-and-coming agents.

“It’s great to see so many young agents from both inner and outer Melbourne taking the lead. The amount of dedication and passion they each put into their work promises a bright future for our network,” said Mr Jovanovic.
