Winter Olympian, The Urban List and Josh’s Rainbow Eggs take centre stage at the PM Leadership Summit

On the 7th and 8th March, a Winter Olympian, The Urban List and Josh’s Rainbow Eggs will take centre stage at the Property Management Leadership Summit on the Gold Coast.

Connecting principals, heads of PM department, BDMs and career property managers with experts from outside the real estate industry, the summit empowers delegates with leading tools, new technologies and bold ways of thinking.

One of the presenters at the upcoming summit includes Winter Olympian, Ted Polglaze, who represented Australia at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Bobsleigh.

Property Management Leadership Summit Founder, Jo-Anne Oliveri, said that Ted will share how he climbed every mountain to achieve his goal.

“From a young age, Ted watched the Olympics on TV and told his siblings that he would compete there one day,” Jo-Anne said.

“Learning the process of working towards goals, rather than just having them, and dealing with disappointments along the way, he not only became a Winter Olympian but learnt many life lessons along the way, which he will share at the summit,” she said.

Another presenter taking centre stage is Susannah George, Founder and CEO of The Urban List, the leading online lifestyle guide.

Sharing her story from start up to success, Susannah will reveal how she grew her business from a bedroom in Brisbane, her greatest lessons learnt, decisions that drove the company off track, and ideas about the next big thing in digital.

“Emerging as one of Australia’s fastest-growing and influential media companies, there is a lot that principals and property managers can learn from The Urban List,” Jo-Anne said.

One of the youngest presenters taking the stage is 16-year-old Founder of Josh’s Rainbow Eggs, Josh Murray.

“Josh is an inspirational young entrepreneur who began his business at just age 9 by cold calling into local shops and trying to sell his eggs,” Jo-Anne said.

“Josh’s Rainbow Eggs are now sold at 30 Coles and Woolworths stores and many independent supermarkets, proving that age really is no barrier to success!” she said.

Jo-Anne commented that, “This young entrepreneur shows principals and property managers that if you are determined, nothing can hold you back from reaching the pinnacle of success.”

If you are a principal, head of PM department, BDM or career property manager who seeks inspiration, leadership skills and real-life business examples from experts outside the real estate industry, don’t miss the Property Management Leadership Summit next week.
