Belinda McArthur from Mandurah Property Management in Mandurah, Western Australia talks about what she wants to get out of Transform Masters, her leadership ambitions, and her key takeaways from ARPM 2017.
Belinda: Hi, I’m Belinda McArthur from Mandurah, Western Australia and I’ve been in real estate for 10 years.
Q. What do you like about your local area?
Belinda: Something I really love about Mandurah is the estuary and the beaches, and we actually live on an island.
Q. What are your leadership ambitions?
Belinda: My leadership ambitions are building a great team and getting the processes right from early on.
Q. What do you want to get out of Transform Masters?
Belinda: One thing I want to learn in Transform is that every other place I’ve ever worked before has never had any processes in order, so I want to make sure that my processes are in order for my business, and that my team will grow from there.
Q. Favourite ARPM 2017 speaker?
Belinda: My favourite speaker at ARPM was Cyril, and I really enjoyed the email process from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, just checking them twice a day I think is a really great system to have in place.
Q. Most valuable takeaway from ARPM 2017?
Belinda: My biggest takeaway from ARPM was learning about time management. It’s really important to be able to manage your time efficiently, and be able to teach your staff that as well.
