Richardson & Wrench has added to its network of offices on the upper north shore with the opening of a dedicated Wahroonga agency.
R&W Wahroonga will be headed up by Nick Addison who has spent the past 14 years in the area.
R&W owner and Managing Director Andrew Cocks said Mr Addison’s decision to join the group would increase its existing presence in the area.
“Nick will be a great asset to the network and an excellent fit with our existing offices,” said Mr Cocks.
“He has a strong network within the area, having spent most of his life living in and around Wahroonga.
“He has the qualities we value highly with a commitment to excellent customer service, a strong work ethic and he is thoroughly professional.”
Mr Addison joins R&W as a Franchise Principal with the R&W Support Team providing office support, marketing, social media and property management functions. The business model has been designed to align with changing customer buying and search behaviour and provide franchisees with a business structure best tailored to their needs.
“It is a great opportunity to start a new business with the support of R&W Head Office,” said Mr Addison.
“I’d been in partnership for a number of years and when we sold the business I was looking for a structure that would give me the freedom to do what I’m good at – build relationships with customers and sell property.”
