Reapit launch new digital module to enable 24/7 interaction with clients

Property software company Reapit has launched a new digital solution, RPS Digital, to add a layer of self-service tools for real estate agents to enhance their service offering without compromising traditional relationships or negotiations.

The new digital tools are fully integrated with Reapit’s CRM software to support the ultimate customer service experience by offering clients choice and flexibility on how and when they communicate with agents. Changes made in the CRM software are immediately reflected in the digital portal and vice versa.

RPS Digital allows vendors to make real-time property appraisal bookings by displaying live availability from the agents’ RPS diary, so rather than wait for a call-back from the agent the following day, the appointment will be instantly diarised and the relevant records for the property and contact created in the CRM.  Similarly, buyers can book private viewings and inspections via live booking links that can be added to property listings.

RPS Digital enables agents to give their customers access to key information about their property transactions via a branded self-service login area on the agent’s website so clients can securely monitor sales progression, view information and download documents 24/7. Integrations with Fixflo and Adobe Sign add to the dynamics of the platform, meaning landlords and tenants can use legally-binding e-Signatures to complete and submit tenancy agreements. It also allows tenants to log maintenance issues any time of day or night.
