realestate.com.au have announced that rental property listings on the site will also now be syndicated on Flatmates.com.au, improving the audience reach of listings at no additional cost.
Flatmates.com.au is for people looking to find a room in a share house or for people looking for a new flatmate. It’s also for people looking to ‘Teamup’ with fellow rental seekers to find a property together.
The realestate.com.au rent listings will be visible to people who have selected to team up with someone searching in the same location, appearing as a carousel under the person’s profile.
Up to 20 rental property listings will appear in the carousel, based on location search preferences, in the same order as they are displayed on realestate.com.au/rent, and agents’ brand strips will also be displayed.
When a user clicks on a rental property they are interested in, they will be taken to the listing on realestate.com.au/rent where they can then get in touch with the agent.
