This self-populates new tasks, with photos, in their cloud-based dashboard, ensuring no job is missed and accurate job information is created. Maintenance specialists then allocate the job as required to the landlords, trades suppliers and so on in a few simple mouse clicks. Property managers also enjoy access to the status of all job information from any internet connected device, including Smartphones, tablets and PCs.

The more effective control of trades suppliers in terms of accreditation and selection is also a critical component of the total maintenance solution adopted by the agency.
