Ray White Springwood expands next door to Daisy Hill

Ray White Springwood principals Lindsay Battley and Michael Lanskey are expanding their business and opening an office next door in Daisy Hill.

The pair have more than 20 years’ experience and 25 per cent market share in Springwood.

“We opened Ray White Springwood four years ago on our own,” Mr Lanskey said. “Over the years we have had a consistent market share of 20-25 per cent.”

Mr Lanskey said Daisy Hill has a similar demographic to Springwood but is a more developing suburb, with a new housing estate increasing the number of homes in the area and attracting families.

“It’s a natural progression for our office to expand our business at the moment to get more exposure… We are excited about the prospect of Daisy Hill as it’s got a lot of new development and new precincts which have lifted the suburb’s profile,” said the pair.

“It’s very diverse in this area, with units as cheap as $200,000 to multi-million dollar homes, so we have the whole property spectrum on offer. Our buyers are families as there’s lots of good schools in the area.

“They are all looking for four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and we can sell them as fast as we list them. Stock is tighter than we’d like but the market is still strong.”

Ray White Queensland CEO Tony Warland said he was delighted to see Michael Lanskey and Lindsay Battley expand their business into Daisy Hill.

“This pair are leading agents who have worked in the same area for well over 20 years. They are both extremely well-known faces in the area, respected by their peers and valued by their clients.

“They will offer great value and service to the Daisy Hill community. Growth is the oxygen for a business such as Ray White, and we will do everything possible to help them to continue to grow.”
