Ray White set to open in North Ipswich

THE power couple behind the successful Ray White Ipswich business are excited to have just opened their next venture together in North Ipswich.

Selling principal Warren Ramsey opened Ray White Ipswich almost 25 years ago and now he and his wife Deanne (pictured above) have just opened Ray White North Ipswich.

Mrs Ramsey, who has been focused on the property management side of their business in Ipswich since 2005, had built her rent roll in Ipswich to a healthy 860 managements.

“But now is the time for me to get back out in the field and back into sales too, and I am so excited for what the future holds,” Mrs Ramsey said.

“I am so excited to be selling again. I have built rentals up from nothing to where it is now and I have a great system that works so everything is in place for me to sell again.

“Every single part of me knows this business – Ray White North Ipswich – will be successful.”

Mrs Ramsey will be the selling principal at Ray White North Ipswich, while her husband Warren will continue to focus on Ray White Ipswich.

“I will focus on the north side of the Bremer River and work hard for that community. I have already started hitting the phones and I am busy with marketing our new office,” Mrs Ramsey said.

“I know people will walk into our new office as our site is so visible on Downs St with such great parking near Ipswich’s major shopping centre at Riverlink that has the cinema plus some great cafes and restaurants too.

The North Ipswich and Tivoli communities are well known for their classic Queensland colonial architecture. This area is dominated by principal place of residence owners but with a big opportunity to capture more rental properties.

“I have huge ambitions to build a successful business and I know that North Ipswich offers a great opportunity as we have a great office in a top location in a high traffic area,” Mrs Ramsey said.

“That side of Ipswich is where the busy shopping district is and it also offers access to the highway.

“There’s so much traffic that travels on Downs St each day as people come into Ipswich for the great schools and work opportunities.”

Ray White Queensland chief executive officer Tony Warland fully supported Warren and Deanne Ramsey’s ambitions for their new business at North Ipswich.

“I have every faith in the Ramseys to service the needs of the North Ipswich community now and into the future. Theirs is a family-owned business, with their children working with them too and I applaud their vision and their leadership.

“Ray White’s roots stem back to regional Queensland and we’ll keep opening offices in our foundation state.”
