Ray White QLD awards recognises high achievers

Matt Lancashire, Sonya Treloar and Sam Guo were among the Ray White superstars who reached the Chairman Club level at the Ray White Queensland annual awards.

Ray White Queensland traded $8.6 billion in residential property sales, made up of over 16,000 transactions in 2016-17.

In the new category of Chairman Club – those who wrote in excess of $1.25 million in fees and/or 120 sales – the White Family presented Sonya Treloar (Ray White Bridgeman Downs), Michelle McLeod (Ray White Indooroopilly), Matt Lancashire (Ray White New Farm), Sam Guo (Ray White Broadbeach) and Andrew Garland (Ray White Caloundra) with their awards.

Sam Guo of Ray White Broadbeach was awarded for being the number one sales performer for Ray White Queensland.  He was also named for his Excellence in Auction – Gold Coast.

Ray White Surfers Paradise Group was awarded the number one office in Queensland, while Ray White New Farm principal Matt Lancashire won the top Principal award.

The Ray White Whitsunday team took home the Profile of Courage for their heroic efforts after Cyclone Debbie struck, while Andrew and Greg Bell were named the Profile of Courage for their Leadership, and Jared Hodge of the Ray White GC South Network Asset Management as a Profile of Courage for Revolution and Innovation.

 

Cameron Crouch of Ray White Sherwood won the Excellence in Marketing for his #avogate Property Profile Campaign, while Christine Rudolph of Ray White New Farm won the Excellence in Marketing – Personal Profile award.

The Ray White Ipswich team was named as the Property Management Team of the Year, Ray White Ascot was named for its Excellence in Auction, and the Surfers Paradise Group won the Administration Team of the Year.

Jenny Milford of Ray White Toowong celebrated her 40-year milestone with Ray White.

Graeme Sharp, principal of Ray White Toowong | Stones Corner | Manly and Project Marketing Queensland was named as the prestigious Max White Award winner.

The Max White Award is a prize awarded to individuals who have made a significant contribution to Ray White. It recognises people who are an intrinsic part of the group and who have contributed to the overall success and growth of the company.

Ray White Queensland chief executive officer Tony Warland said he was confident that no real estate company in Australia was at the cutting edge and forefront of all the new opportunities in the industry other than Ray White.

In the 2017 fiscal year, Ray White Queensland had 155 members qualify for the Premier status and 54 members qualify for the Alan White Elite status.
