McGrath Estate Agents have announced the return of Michael Conolly as Head of Network Property Management for McGrath.

Mr Conolly is one of Australia’s most respected experts in property management with over 28 years’ experience in residential, commercial and business management. He has extensive leadership experience including roles as State Manager of multi-billion-dollar asset portfolios.

Mr Conolly returns to McGrath after a short break from the company. He first started with McGrath in 2002 – 2005 as General Manager of Property Management and returned in 2010 to a newly established role of Head of Network Property Management.

McGrath Head of Franchise, Christopher Mourd, said “Michael is one the industry’s foremost property management experts. We are delighted that he has committed to continuing his career at McGrath alongside our growing team of property management professionals. Michael will be a strong asset in our future growth.”

Mr Conolly said of the announcement, “I am very excited to be back with the Company once again after being involved with McGrath for more than a decade. I’m particularly excited about the new direction the Company is heading and the positive changes taking place internally.

“I’ve worked with John for many years and one thing I know well is that when he sets a plan in place, with the type of determination and focus he has demonstrated recently, then the success of that plan is the only option available.”

Mr Conolly will work alongside Rob Fearnley, Head of Corporate Property Management for McGrath. Mr Fearnley joined the Company in September last year and is responsible for overseeing the Company Owned Property Management business across NSW and QLD. He brings with him extensive operational, financial management and strategic experience.
