Kate Zuppicich makes move to Ray White Double Bay

Kate Zuppicich who works in Sydney’s blue chip Eastern Suburbs, has kicked off 2018 with a move to Ray White Double Bay to take her business to the next level.

Ms Zuppicich, who started working in real estate over 10 years ago, also has a new sales associate in Jye Emdur.

“Real estate is all about patience as it takes a long time to build a relationship. It all comes down to relationships, this is definitely a people business and I feel right at home at Ray White Double Bay,” said the mum of two.

Ms Zuppicich said she was drawn to the culture at the number one office in Ray White in NSW.

“Energy wise I feel invigorated at Ray White, this is a company where people can succeed and grow,” Ms Zuppicich said.

“I definitely don’t think all offices have the same energy as they do at Ray White. It’s quite a unique feeling to see everyone supporting each other’s success and thriving.

Ms Zuppicich prides herself on being ethical, compassionate, tenacious and “very good at guiding vendors and buyers through emotional experiences with overall positive and uplifting energy”.

Ms Zuppicich, who has sold more than $41 million in property on Beresford Road alone,  said she truly feels blessed and fortunate to live and work in the Eastern Suburbs.

“I love it here. I came here to align myself with the number one brand who sells the most properties in the Eastern Suburbs,” she said.

“I felt great synergy with the directors and all of the agents here, sometimes the chemistry is right which assists you to take your career further,” she said.

Of her new associate, Ms Zuppicich said Jye Emdur was “simply a delight to have join my team”.

“We share the same morals and ethics, which is especially important to me that everyone on my team treats my clients and buyers just as I would, with the greatest respect.

“Jye and I have a great dynamic we have similar personalities, goals and both share a ‘nothing is a problem’ attitude which takes our level of service beyond our competition.”

Ms Zuppicich said she felt the Ray White brand was very progressive with its finger on the pulse and at the forefront of technology.

“Real estate is a sophisticated business it was important to me to to align with Ray White in order to provide my clients with a higher level of service,” she said.

“I am really looking forward to what the future holds.”
