Coronis Targets Booming Coastal Markets With Two New Offices

The Coronis Group has announced its expansion in the thriving coastal markets with two new offices – Coronis Aura on the Sunshine Coast and Coronis Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.

Taking the independently owned network to a total of 24 offices across South East Queensland, Sales Director Craig Gillies said the additions were part of the Group’s strategic growth strategy of building 40 offices within the next two years.

“Our new Gold Coast office is a joint venture with the Podium Property Group and was a strategic choice for the business to capitalise on the amount of major infrastructure updates currently taking place on the Gold Coast,” Mr Gillies said.

“There is a substantial amount of money being invested into the region for the Commonwealth Games in addition to the Light Rail project, Jupiter Casino development and Pacific Fair upgrade which is driving capital growth and strong rental returns.

“We’ve joined up with a world-class project marketing team to promote the glitter strip’s newest apartments and house and land packages to local buyers and investors.

“The Broadbeach catchment population is forecast to increase from 37,733 residents in 2016 to 57,066 by 2031 according to Urbis so it’s an exciting opportunity for Coronis to help facilitate that growth by bringing new projects to the market.”

Meanwhile, Coronis Aura will service the City of Colour, as it has been named by Stockland which is situated west of Caloundra.

“Aura is a 30-year plan to create the largest master planned community in Australia incorporating 20,000 new homes, 18 educational facilities along with sporting and cultural centres, of which approximately 1000 homes have already been constructed,” said Mr Gillies.

“This project is extremely exciting for the Sunshine Coast and it’s attracting a lot of attention from potential buyers all over Australia.

“These homes offer the ultimate lifestyle – you’re 10 minutes from some of Queensland’s best beaches, there’s several planned educational facilities including the first STEM school which will be opened next year, recreational areas and the houses themselves offer exceptional value around the $500,000 mark for a quality built, modern home.

“We have the number one ranked agent for Caloundra West on realestate.com.au and Rate My Agent, Richard Jones, leading this new office and he’s selling multiple properties before the photos are even loaded into our CRM so Coronis Aura is proving to be a pleasing addition to our family.”
