Century 21 Launches Australasian Project Marketing Business

Century 21 has launched the group’s first overarching project marketing business that will have a presence across Australasia and in each Australian capital city.

The business will work closely with both developers and the Century 21 franchise network to implement full-service project marketing strategies for residential projects from concept to completion.

Century 21 Project Marketing will be led by Alex Tsaoucis who started his career at Colliers before helping to establish the successful project marketing divisions at both Knight Frank and Ray White.

“In recent years developers have placed enormous value on project marketing that can effectively reach both domestic audiences and foreign buyers,” said Alex Tsaoucis, Director of Century 21 Project Marketing.

“Shifts in the market of late mean that buyers are becoming more specific with their investments and are increasingly looking to invest into projects that have a strategic location, superb build quality and a team of project marketeers who have in-depth knowledge of the project and aren’t simply delivering a generic sales pitch.

“We are very confident we have the team and the projects in the pipeline to deliver both,” said Alex Tsaoucis.

Initially targeting developments of 100 apartments or less, Century 21 Project Marketing see the greatest market potential in this segment.

“As capital city urban sprawl widens, developers are relying more on local agents for advice and we believe the strength of the Century 21 network will help to meet this demand with assistance from the ground up and an innate understanding of local dynamics,” said Alex Tsaoucis.
