Century 21 franchisees still ‘sold on gold’

Eight Century 21 franchises have chosen to renew their franchise agreements in the past few months, with the company saying they expect more to do so as the end of the year approaches.

Charles Tarbey, Chairman and Owner of Century 21 Australasia, is delighted that the offices have chosen to continue their real estate journey bearing the Century 21 brand.

“These offices are full of talented and committed real estate professionals and it has been wonderful to see them use our brand, systems and platforms to excel in the industry,” said Mr Tarbey.

“They have leveraged the brand’s visibility into building their local reputations and now many of these agents aren’t just seen as agents in their areas, but trusted and respected contributors to community life.”

Rafi Younes, Principal of Century 21 Community First Merrylands, is a passionate advocate of the Century 21 brand which helped take his career to the next level.

“For me, Century 21 is more than just a real estate brand but a network that is incredibly close. The honest truth is that Century 21 is like family to me, there is always support and guidance there when I need it.” said Rafi Younes.

Many of these renewing offices have ranked amongst the top performers in the Australasian network and have also achieved numerous prestigious Century 21 awards.

The following offices have renewed with Century 21 in recent months:

McLeods Broken Hill, On Duporth, All Aspects Realty Kellyville, All Aspects Realty Rouse Hill, Argyle Realty, Advantage, Community First and KeyNorth

Century 21 says it has made investments in initiatives to help build its brand and business in Australia, including a redesigned range of modern corporate apparel, improved brand and marketing collateral, and ongoing enhancement of the network’s technology and digital platforms.
