Belle Property announce four key appointments

Focusing on growth and development in both productivity and customer service, Belle Property bolstered its Corporate team in March with four key appointments.

After managing numerous customer experience initiatives for LJ Hooker, Lisa Vuong Bienstock joins as Head of Customer Experience. As the group continues to invest in enhancing consumer outcomes, Lisa will undertake extensive research and analysis to identify trends and implement new customer infrastructure and technology across Belle Property businesses.

Strengthening its Property Management services, Babette Coutanche joins at NSW/ACT Property Management Trainer and Coach. With a focus on strategic coaching in leadership, team development and business culture for Property Management teams, Babette draws on her 17 years’ experience in the industry.

Up north, two new appointments will focus on growing the Belle Property network in Queensland.

Adam Dickie joins the corporate team as the Franchise Sales Manager, and will focus on growing and developing the Belle Property brand through opening new businesses across key Queensland marketplaces. Throughout his 14 years in real estate, Adam was an established sales agent and most recently, Principal in the Brighton and Sandgate areas.

Elliott Brown further strengthens the Queensland operation as Sales Coach and Trainer. Over the past eight years, Elliott not only achieved Elite status as a sales performer, he also oversaw the sales growth, training and induction for a highly successful inner-city Brisbane office.

CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb welcomed the new team members and said the growth of the corporate team is an ongoing strategic exercise.
