Barry Plant Gladstone Park celebrates 20th year in business

The last 20 years have seen a lot of changes in Gladstone Park, but one firm fixture is the Barry Plant office, which celebrated two decades of selling homes and managing investment properties in February.

Originally EJ Doherty, the office later became Barry Plant Gladstone Park as part of the merger of the two brands, and its agents have sold more than 4,000 homes since 1998.

Principal agent Nick Pugliese reflected on what he and his 12 team members (including his wife Grace) have achieved over the past 20 years and why the business has thrived.

“I believe it’s about a total commitment to the client,” said Mr Pugliese.

“My team is very passionate about real estate and we love to know that our customer service experience is second to none – it’s our number one priority as an office.”

Most of Mr Pugliese’s team are long term locals and some have notched up 10-20 years in the office, giving them the wealth of experience to ensure the continued delivery of really top notch real estate services to the local area.

As for Gladstone Park and its surrounds, the future is bright with a strong growing demand for homes in the area.

“The past two years have seen a lot of different buyers enter the local market. Gladstone Park is great pocket, close to the CBD but still affordable for first home buyers or investors,” said Mr Pugliese.

Barry Plant CEO, Mike McCarthy, congratulated Mr Pugliese and his team on their anniversary.  He said that the longevity of Barry Plant offices, such as Gladstone Park, is testament to the strength of the Barry Plant brand.

“To celebrate the 20-year-anniversary of Barry Plant Gladstone Park is a wonderful achievement and highlights the trust local vendors have in Nick and his team,” said Mr McCarthy.
