Victorians respond positively to Andrews’ government announcement to improve tenant rights: Rent.com.au survey
A Rent.com.au survey has found that the Victorian government’s proposed changes to improve tenant rights are welcomed, but 85 per cent of renters still think landlords are ‘too powerful’. Higher interest rates for investors eases housing affordability for owner-occupiers: HIA
