What is Transform?

Transform is 12 weeks of practical coaching for at least one hour per week a small group from some of the best coaches and mentors in the business at no cost to you (a bit like boot camp but for real estate agents). For sales professionals, it is only held one time per year.

    What is Transform?
    Transform is a program designed for real estate industry sales professionals by Elite Agent Magazine with major sponsors AREC 2017CoreLogic Australia and realestate.com.au.

    How does it work?

    Unfortunately, applications have now been closed for Sales Transform 2017.

    Who is eligible?
    As the program is geared to sales professionals, we are only considering sales people for this round of Transform. You need to have been in the industry for at least 18 months, have a complete realestate.com.au agent profile page and carry at least two active listings at any point in time.

    Can I pay to get on the program?
    Unfortunately, we are limited to six places and there are some things money can’t buy, this is one of them.

    I want to apply but I am not sure what I am really going to have to do?
    We just want you to be keen, show up, learn and implement. The one mandatory condition of getting the AREC 17 Platinum pass is that you a) attend each lesson via Zoom webinar or in person and b) provide feedback via our Zoom webinar system each week. We will give you a couple of quick questions on how you found the topic from the week prior and how you have implemented it, to give the rest of our audience a feel for what really works, allowing others to learn from some of your experiences.

    This round, there are two weeks you will need to be in Sydney, Week 1 (28th Feb) and Week 10 (11 April) as there are special things going on both days. If you are selected for the program we will cover your flights and accommodation both days.

    We’ll also want to do some interviews with you along the way and at AREC for the magazine, so you just need to make yourself available for those. But we won’t unnecessarily take up your time, we want you on the phone and building your business as much as possible (that’s the whole point of the exercise!)

    What time(s) will I need to be available?
    Most lessons will be held on a Tuesday morning at 10 am for  1 hour + question/break time. Once the final #supersix are selected this year we will lock in dates and times specifically with you. Some dates/times will vary slightly depending on the coaches availability, but you will be notified well in advance. The special days – Week 1 and Week 10 will last the whole day. There will be a couple of times this year where we want the Principal to join in for you to build stronger and more productive working relationships.

    As the 12-week lead up to AREC 17 includes quite a few public holidays (Easter and Anzac day) there will be no lessons these weeks but there may be double lessons in other weeks to compensate.

    Is Transform a competition?
    Yes, it is. The winner of Transform 2017 will be on the cover of the AREC 2017 issue of Elite Agent Magazine. (+ There are likely to be a few more surprises/prizes along the way this year!)

    How do you determine the winner?
    We will be looking for several things which will be explained in detail to the final #supersix.

    • Prospecting is at the core of real estate success. We will be using Tom Panos “My Prospector” tool to gauge your success along the way.
    • We will be talking to your coaches and mentors for their feedback
    • How the industry responds to your feedback from each lesson.
