Record-setting agent rejoins Ray White

Palm Beach real estate identity, Noel Nicholson, has returned to Ray White with a bang, announcing the sale of 17 Ilya Avenue, Bayview for a street record price of $6.7 million.

The very next week he secured a second sale at Bayview Heights, setting a new record of $10.8 million.

Sourcing overseas buyers from his extensive global database, Noel said these latest results exceeded all expectations.

“I see 90 per cent of buyers coming from outside the area, so I work hard to maintain my network of national and overseas buyers. It allows me to drive sales results beyond the expectation of my clients, and Ilya Avenue is a great reflection of that,” he said.

Achieving sales in excess of $21 million in September alone, and holding suburb records across Palm Beach, Avalon (non Waterfront) and Bayview, Noel hasn’t skipped a beat as he unveils his new Ray White Palm Beach business.

“I began my real estate career with Ray White and made the decision to rejoin the group because I saw an opportunity to merge my knowledge of the prestige property market with Ray White’s family values to create an energetic and professional real estate operation,” Noel explained.

A relationship driven business, Noel is joining forces with his wife, Susan, who is a corporate organisational psychologist. Their ambition is to build a business that not only delivers the highest standard of customer service, but also attracts the right people.

“Susan has worked with leading chief executives around the world and will look after all the business operations to ensure we’re running efficiently and recruiting people who share our business ethos – one that is centred around client relationships,” Noel said.

Chairman of Ray White NSW, Stephen Nell, said welcoming Noel back to Ray White was a great pleasure.

“Noel is well known within Ray White and we are so proud that, when the time came to open his own business, he chose to come back to our Group. It goes to show how valuable long-term relationships are.

“We look forward to supporting Noel as he continues to build upon his high performance business.”

With $70 million worth of sales this year alone, and an average sale price of $3.8 million, Noel has no intention of slowing down.

“Having worked in the Upper Northern Beaches market since 2004, I’ve spent a lot of years building relationships in the area and I’ve never been more energised. My goal is to be the most trusted and reliable source of real estate in the Upper Northern Beaches.”
