Bradley Beer is the Chief Executive Officer of BMT Tax Depreciation, a national company that specialises in providing comprehensive depreciation schedules for property investors that help them maximise their tax deductions and increase their cash flow.
He commenced employment with BMT in 1998 and became a Director of the company in 2002, Managing Director in 2012 and Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Bradley is a keen investor who has been investing in property for over fifteen years. As a result he has substantial knowledge about property investment as well as specialised experience in tax depreciation, taxation in property and construction cost consulting.
Bradley actively educates property investors and industry organisations about the importance of tax depreciation. A regular keynote speaker and presenter, he has spoken at a number of conferences and exhibitions Australia-wide such as at National Tax & Accountants’ Association expos, The Australasian Real Estate Conference, the Australasian Residential Property Management Conference and Tax Institute of Australia national conventions. He also regularly appears on the Foxtel program ‘Your Money Your Call’ aired on Sky News Business.

Richard Bray is a Product Manager at realestate.com.au and specialises in all things rent. Richard has worked very closely on realestate.com.au’s new utility connections product launched in January last year as well as Australia’s number 1 online tenancy application system 1form.
In between catching waves along Victoria’s surf coast and looking after his 9 month old son, Richard is extremely passionate about the realestate market and is a serial property researcher and renovator. Richard’s past experience has been in eCommerce and digitising systems for sales people at Porter Davis Homes and BMW and is here to help clear the paper from your desk and start using technology to streamline the rental process.

Hannah has worked for Independent Property Management since 2008 as a Property Manager for 2 years, Business Development Manager (BDM) for 6 years and currently as Managing Director of the department.
In her time as a BDM, Hannah built a highly successful new business and a leasing team of 12 people and in June 2014 she achieved 100% growth of her agency’s rent roll.
Hannah has completed her Licence in Property, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course. She is currently completing her Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Whilst looking to sell her family home in late 2014, Tanja surprisingly received really great and really poor service from various real estate agents throughout the process. As Director of brad bell REAL ESTATE, Sarah was affectionately referred to in-house as “The Minister for War and Finance” due to her focus on the strategy and systems that produce sustained growth and business maturity.
Sarah has been the architect of a huge industry footprint relative to the size of that business due to her fresh approach, natural leadership and smarter business systems/ structural design. Charles Tarbey is the chairman and owner of Century 21 Australasia. He is regarded as one of the leading property experts in Australia with a huge amount of experience and knowledge from a lifetime of real estate involvement. He began his career in the industry in 1972, and at just the age of eighteen, Charles sold his first home. Three years later purchased a Real Estate business with the equity gained through a home he had previously purchased.
From there, Charles went on to acquire the Australasian arm of CENTURY 21, including CENTURY 21 New Zealand, and operates hundreds of offices throughout the Australasian region. Charles Tarbey is also the author of two real estate books; ‘Profit Driven Real Estate’ and ‘Listing Rich’.

Alister Maple-Brown is the CEO of leading property management software provider, Rockend. After completing his BA in both Australia and the United States he worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC followed by two years as an analyst, trainer and business development manager in the worldwide sales division at Inktomi, a rapid growth software business in Silicon Valley, California.
Alister has been with Rockend since 2001 and as sales manager grew new business revenues by 40 per cent over the years before moving into the marketing team until 2007. For the following three years he led the product development team before moving to the role of general manager of PropertyTree, Australia’s first cloud based property management solution. In mid-2012 Alister became CEO of Rockend.

Helen Mitchell loves to teach business people how to leverage video to increase sales conversion and engagement. CoFounder of the software company Busivid she now lives in Austin, Texas for most of the year but has returned home to Australia to participate in Transform and find early-adopters of new technology in the Australian real estate scene.
For Sales Transform 2016, Helen provided the latest technologies and coach participants on how to sell with video, including building a property video library, video messaging and analytics, capturing powerful video testimonials, simple techniques to get comfortable with video blogging, shortcuts to making highly engaging video content, tips to improve your credibility and insights into the strategy of developing trust and growing an audience.
Kim joined Property Management HQ after completing her Certificate of Registration in January 2014, commencing as our Receptionist, Administration Assistant and our Leasing Consultant.
Kim is often the first point of contact for owners and tenants. She is well respected by both our property investors & tenants alike and has a bubbly and energetic personality. In this role Kim operates all functions of Residential Leasing, commencing with property advertising, property viewings for our vacant properties, application reference checking and discussing potential tenants with our owners right through to the lease preparation and ingoing inspection to the tenant induction process.
In 2015 Kim has also taken onboard some Property Managers duties, and manages a portfolio in our Hunter Valley office. She is being trained up on all property managers duties including rental arrears, repairs & maintenance, ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections, and all bond related matters. During this past 2.5 years she has proven to be a great member of our team and has learnt the roles and legislation very quickly. Kim continues to study and engage in as much learning as possible.
Prior to working at PMHQ Kim came from retail background with over 10 years experience, whilst she loved the customer service her job delivered, she was looking for something more challenging, and a career where she could grow and create new goals for herself professional and personally. She is career driven and says “one day she wants to be very successful within the Real Estate Property Management Sector”…. and I think she is already well on her way.
Outside of PMHQ, Kim is married to Chris, and they have 2 gorgeous girls, Kaitlin 9 yrs and Courtney 6 yrs. Kim loves dancing, and spending time with family as much as possible.
Haley commenced working with PMHQ in July 2010, and this started her career in Real Estate Property Management. She is a vibrant, happy & helpful member of our team. She is a ”People Person” and has a personality that is that is perfect for the Property Management Industry.
She holds a Certificate of Registration and has commenced studying for her full Real Estate Agents Licence. She enjoys the challenges and rewards the property investment industry brings. Haley is fluently trained in all aspects of Property Management and is a very knowledgeable person with a wonderfully ranged skillset required for her role within our business. She strives to always continue and undergo training in whenever possible, and is up to date with all legislation requirements for her position within our team.
In 2010, Haley’s role within the team included Customer & Client Support, dealing with both tenants and landlords and assisting the team wherever possible. Over the new few years she learnt a lot. She was a very strong support in our office administration which is very important to the everyday running of our business.
In 2013, Haley was promoted to our Central Coast Property Manager, and handles every aspect of property management, from the commencement of a tenancy to the finalisation of a tenancy, and absolutely everything in between. In 2014, Haley undertook Trust Account Management training and fully understands and operates all functions of the trust accounting processes.
In 2016, Haley has just recently become our Business Development Manager and is focusing on new business and continuing to build solid relationships with all of our customers. She really knows her job very well and never fails to push herself to the best of her ability every single day.
During Haley’s spare time away from the office, she is married to Shane and together they have 3 children, 14 yr old Bella & 11 yr old Jasper and a 4 year old Lilah. Haley enjoys dancing, netball and spending quality time with her family and friends.
This year, Kelley celebrates 22 years of experience in Real Estate Property Management. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. She has worked through different roles in her real estate career commencing in 1994 as a receptionist and venturing into specialist property management for her own independent agency, Property Management HQ in NSW, earning herself an excellent reputation as a firm but favourable Real Estate Agency Owner and Principal.
During her career, Kelley has received national awards and recognition for her expertise and knowledge in the industry. Prior to PMHQ she had managed many successful leasing departments consisting of several portfolio managers, leasing consultants and senior asset managers. These offices were at the top of their field in Property Management services in the NSW Central Coast region.
Kelley has a vast understanding of Property Purchases & Sales, in particular the purchase of brand new homes and off the plan properties. Kelley has also worked in a Property Investment Company in Sales Support, Client Customer Care & their Financial Controller. Kelley and her husband Doug are also investors too, so she clearly understands your position and shares your views as a Property Investor, knowing what you want and delivering that to you, along with her team.
Kelley further develops her learning by regularly attending training and events to advance her career and knowledge of the industry. This also ensures that she keeps up with the latest market trends and current legislation requirements. Kelley is a very successful Real Estate Agent, Business Owner & Licensee. She is very “hands on” working in the team daily to support, assist and train and mentor her staff. Wearing lots of hats is one the greatest and challenging roles ever imaginable, but Kelley love challenges!
Outside of the office Kelley (& her husband Doug) enjoy spending time with their 2 sons, 13 year old Joshua and 5 year old Mason. When free time permits, they do enjoy the great outdoors. Kelley cannot resist dining out at a good restaurant with great food and great company.
Growing up with a family in the Real Estate industry, Adriana has been benefited from this wealth of experience but, at the same time, has sought to carve out her own niche in the company.
Educated at St George Girls Selective High School at Kogarah, Adriana also graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Law degree. She practiced as a solicitor for 4 years, during which time she gained valuable expertise in both conveyancing and commercial law. During her 19 years with the company, Adriana has built up her own client-base and has worked her way to her current position as Licensee-In-Charge and the head of the Leasing & Property Management Division.
Adriana is very conscious of the ever-changing market and developments in technology. She is constantly fine-tuning the business in order to give her, and her clients, the competitive edge they need, whether it be by leasing their properties for a higher rental return, or introducing new techniques to ensure that “property management” is as “trouble free” an exercise as possible. With all of this good work in place, Adriana is looking forward to providing high quality service in the Inner West, for many years to come.
Angela is an accomplished real estate professional and will bring both passion and knowledge to a role she was born for! Robert is a fully licensed estate agent in both Victoria and New South Wales and has experience in both the administration aspect of property management and as a fully experienced property manager.
Robert grew up in a household where investment property was a typical conversation topic as his father and partner regularly purchased and sold property in the area and his grandfather owned and operated a real estate office in Melbourne. When Robert completed high school it was a “no brainer” to get involved in the real estate industry and at the age of 19, purchased his first property.
Outside of the office Robert enjoys travelling abroad, having been to Thailand twice and visiting family in England. He also enjoys playing golf (loosing count on how many balls he loses per game), keeping fit, catching up with his friends and enjoying a good local meal.
He is recognised in the industry for his friendly approach, honesty, sense of humour and constantly striving to achieve the best possible outcome for your investment property.
Kira prides herself on attention to detail, building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants and to ensure the best possible outcome for any situation.
Having 5 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry, Kira has the experience in all aspects of Property Management.
Having completed her Certificate in Property Management at the Real Estate Institute of South Australia straight out of school, Rachel realised she wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate. Rachel started her career in the Adelaide Hills having lived there much of her life and recently made the move to Harcourts Adelaide Hills. “My decision to join Harcourts Adelaide Hills has already proven to be a great choice with it becoming clear within days the company culture, professionalism, knowledge and experience the team possess will provide a great platform for me to grow professionally.
